Anti-Aging is probably one of the most talked about topics amongst women because every woman wishes to retain her youthfulness either with the help of natural techniques or chemical treatments. Aging is a natural process and no one can stop it but we can definitely slow down the aging process and age gracefully. Here are some recipes that can help you get rid of Crow’s Feet, Wrinkles, Saggy and Dull Skin.
Milk Cream, Sandalwood and Turmeric Face Pack
Take one tbsp. Sandalwood Powder, a pinch of Turmeric Powder and one tbsp. Milk Cream(boil some milk for about ten minutes and let it cool for sometime, you would be able to see a thick layer of cream on the top) and apply on your face. Rinse off after fifteen minutes. Sandalwood has cooling and skin tightening properties, milk cream nourishes your skin and Turmeric is know for its anti-bacterial and skin brightening properties. This face pack nourishes, tightens skin, heals adult acne, lightens age spots, cools skin and brings glow to your face.
Note: Turmeric can stain your cloth so make sure you don’t wear any light colored cloth while applying this mask.
Coffee and Plum Exfoliator
Coffee exfoliates, revitalizes and has anti-aging properties; Plum is another effective antioxidant so this combination makes a wonderful anti-aging exfoliator.
Take one tbsp. fine ground coffee and mix it with 3 mashed Plums and one tsp honey. Apply it on your face and gently scrub off after ten minutes.
Green Tea and Chamomile Toner
Green Tea and Chamomile is a very effective Anti-aging toner. Boil one cup Water and steep one Green tea Bag and one Chamomile Tea Bag. Let it cool for sometime. Apply it on your face with the help of a cotton ball. Do NOT rinse. This toner not only takes care of signs of aging but also soothes puffy eyes and lightens your complexion.
Avocado and Almond Oil Cream: Avocado and Sweet Almond Oil are rich in Vitamin E that moisturize, nourish and prevent wrinkles and crow’s feet. Take one fully ripe Avocado and blend it with 3 tsp. Sweet Almond Oil with the help of a hand blender. Apply it around your eyes and wipe off after fifteen minutes. Do this everyday before going to bed. This mixture can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
How to Get Rid Of Crow’s Feet Naturally?
Avocado and Almond Oil Cream: Avocado and Sweet Almond Oil are rich in Vitamin E that moisturize, nourish and prevent wrinkles and crow’s feet. Take one fully ripe Avocado and blend it with 3 tsp. Sweet Almond Oil with the help of a hand blender. Apply it around your eyes and wipe off after fifteen minutes. Do this everyday before going to bed. This mixture can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Citrus Treat: Vitamin C helps in fading wrinkles/crow’s feet so why not make it a part of your anti-aging regimen? Take one tbsp. Fresh Orange Juice and mix it with one tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice and apply it around your eyes. Rinse off after ten minutes.
Healing with Oils-Don’t forget that moisturization is the best way to prevent wrinkles and crow’s feet and when it comes to treating crow’s feet Castor Oil and Sesame Oil could be a blessing. Sesame Oil has been used in Ayurveda for the past 5000 years to treat wrinkles, crow’s feet and dry skin. Mix one tbsp. Sesame Oil with One Tbsp. Castor Oil and one Vitamin E Gel Caplet and apply it around your eyes. Do this everyday before going to bed. You don’t need to rinse it off.
